"Goal of L.I.M."

 
The primary goal of LIM is to be a relationship-based fellowship, and not just an organization. We seek to build a genuine, supportive and nurturing relationship for fivefold leadership by

 
  •  
 Assisting ministries in understanding their fivefold ministry gifting and role and in developing a healthy ministry identity.
 
  •  
 First hand person to person contact and conversation about experiences in ministry thus providing opportunity to share and enhance your personal and spiritual growth.

 
  •  
 With growth comes variables that many ministry leaders often lacks the experience to deal with. LIM is poised to help you reflect on issues which may arise within your congregation thereby providing you spiritual insight to aide in your decisions regarding his/her leadership role. Our goal is to make sure you are successful with every God given assignment.
 
The LIM covenant partnership will involve meetings, roundtable discussions, conferences and prophetic symposiums.  Opportunities will be granted to discuss with the members their goals, plans and experiences from his/her personal life and professional ministry for reflection and learning.
 
Such fellowship will strengthen the members by helping the ministry leaders in their self awareness, identifying their strengths and area of enhancement, and their leadership style and bent.
 
You will be able to learn of the leader's relationship to the pews as well as the pew's relationship to the fivefold leaders.
 
The fellowship relationship will enhance:

Finally, the  goal of LIM is to strengthen and build the local ministry through quarterly worship services and in-depth workshops and seminars designed not only for fivefold leaders but ministry auxiliary and staff workers. We understand and embrace the concept of... just as you pour out, you must be poured into, therefore, the quarterly fellowships are designed to target key components of your ministry and life development in order to assure that in the end you are whole and effective in every area of your being.

You will be encouraged and inspired to excel beyond the norm of just traditional church into an excellent praise and worship experience with God.
